Answer : I used it to “grate” a block of vegan cheese and the result was pleasing. The finished texture is not finely grated but good enough in tiny balls, was able to sprinkle it over pasta and the leftover popped into a zip-locked bag back in the fridge. Just make sure you break the cheese in smaller chunks first.

Answer : No it's a mini chopper, not a food processor. It's makes something less fine than a sauce. It has no extra blades, other than the chopper, which if you read the info it will tell you this.

Answer : I wouldn't say it cuts into chunks, more of small bits / puree, depending how long you switch on for.

Answer : This little processor although it''s really great it won't grate cheese which I believe would require a separate attachment and I think this machine is not designed for that purpose? Fantastic mini processor though!

You can make bread crumbs, grind raw meat, make mayonnaise or dressings. It is not made to process coffee beans or hard spices such as nutmeg, which may damage the Mini Food Processor.
