Why so many vanadium, 750mcg is too high?

It's more than your body needs but less than half the tolerable amount. Probably absorption is poor.

Why is there a need to put in Maltodextrin?

Some supplements contain Maltodextrin as a non-toxic filler, especially if the dosage of the supplement is low. It is also used in manufacturing process to prevent clogging of machinery.
