If you are using soft tubing and that pump has G1/4 threads you should be fine.

Does this include the rings or do I have to buy the 10 pack rings to use this?

It comes with the compression O-rings (black) so nothing else is needed, if you are referring to the aesthetic color rings you have to buy those separately.

How many o rings should each fitting have? there is one on the male side , but nothing but metal barb (with screw on cover) on the other??

Only one on non tubing side. On the other side the seal is created by compressing the tube between the barb and locking ring. If you use the correct sized tubing, cut the tubing square, and press it in well before screwing down the ring it won't leak.
