Do you make dust covers with different depths or are they all made the same depth? I have bought a set and they still hit on the bulb.

Why would I not just put a hole in the original ones if these have dust and water access too?

If you punch a hole in them your headlight will get dirt and water in them. These are physically deeper than the stock ones. I’ve had them on my truck for years, they work great.

They do not come with any screws, just rubber grommets. You have to use the original screws and rubber seal from factory covers.

BrightSource- Canada 33402C Head Light Dust Cap is an excellent product for those who want to upgrade their headlamps with LED bulbs. The covers are deeper than the stock ones, making it easy to install the LED bulbs. The mounting holes are lined up perfectly. However, the product comes without the screws and gaskets, so you have to use the original screws and gasket from the factory covers. It is essential to remember that the dust covers are made for OEM headlights only. The product has pre-drilled holes, with rubber grommets, making it more accessible and convenient to install. The only downside is that they are not deep enough to accommodate an LED light with a fan. The fan housing buts up to the backside of the dust cover, so users have to cut out some of the grommet to allow proper airflow.
