I have an existing Prozone pz7 unit installed that has died. Can I hook this up to the existing saddle clamp and venturi injector of the Prozone?

Yes, you should be able to connect it to the other venturi. But we would, of course, recommend using ours.

Can it be used for drinking water?

I use a similar one for my well water, works great.

Directions are vague. I have 1.5 inch lines. How do I build a manifold without restricting flow?

You can look at our website for an image, but you would have to put a ball valve into the bypass line.

Ozone generator below water level? What happens if the ozone generator is below water level, but the tube makes a loop 5 cm above? Can it be operated this way?

Ozone generator can be installed below water level, but you need to make a Harper loop with ozone tube at least 4 Ft. above water level. Be sure to install a check valve 2 ft above the water level on ozone tube. 5 cm is not enough.

Is the CD chip replaceable?

The corona discharge tube can be replaced.

Can this be used with an air pump rather than a venturi nozzle?

Yes. Please be sure the pressure is lower than 10 PSI and the flow rate not more than 3-4 Liter per minute.
