This model can control 3 groups of 5 lights and manage the settings for each of those 15 lights. It performs the same job as the base model transceivers from Pocket Wizard.

Will this provide full off-camera TTL with my YN565EX Speedlight on Canon 6D Mark II?

Not sure what you mean. You can mount your speed light remotely, but it is not a TTL camera.

The YONGNUO YN-E3-RT II on-camera flash speedlite transmitter is well-received by customers and is compatible with a range of Canon cameras and speedlights, including the Canon 6D, 7DII, 5DIV, EOS R, and the Canon Speedlite 600EX II-RT and 430 EX III RT. The device is able to control three groups of up to 15 lights and allows for easy management of settings on each individual light. There is no difference in functionality when compared to base model transceivers from PocketWizard, according to one customer's response. It is not clear whether the device allows for full off-camera TTL with the Canon 6DII.
