Fleischmann's Instant Yeast comes in a 216 oz. bag and is a good value for those who frequently use yeast dough, especially compared to grocery store packets. One package of this yeast can make up to 64 packets of yeast, which is more economical than buying smaller packets. Open one package and store in a sealed jar in the refrigerator and keep the second package in the freezer until needed. This yeast is easy to use and does not require proofing like active yeast. It can be used in a bread making machine by adding it first and adding salt last.
