No, you do not need a fuel pump on most motorcycles & ATV's. Gas just gravity feeds into the carburetor...

The number 110 is usually the cc or cubic centimeter displacement of the engine (size). This carburetor is big enough to run a 110cc engine, but keep in mind, it may need some adapting to fit your unit, as it's built for a rubber hose connection, worth a try, for the price! GOOD LUCK

Will this carb fit a Yamaha Razz sh50e cc?

I'm not sure, sorry, but be aware new out of package a whole lot of issues came with this carb, internal parts breaking, constant fuel leaks etc. do your research.

Is this part an upgrade or a replacement I have a taotao 110cc engine I want to put an upgrade/performance part any help?

It was an upgrade on my 230cc Suzuki Quatrunner ATV, couldn't believe it would handle 230cc engine, but did and working better than stock carb, remember I used pz20 carb but did my own upgrade and modifying to made carb adapt to round rubber intake.
