On small screws and bolts a drop of Loctite 242 Threadlocker Blue is always a good thing.

Is the kit of good quality?

It was a gift for a kid and his first bike. I was very impressed with the quality for the price. Some was as nice as Park tools, so like mid level Chinese manufacture. It will last years but it isn't like the euro stuff. It is also a fairly complete kit.
