The organizer box is a nice addition to keep track of the ferrules as it separates each size. The ferrules worked like they should and the box separates each size. If your wire is too small for the terminal size, you can just stack these into each other like Russian nesting dolls to put into the terminal, and it works perfectly. The package could have been better if it included 0 gauge size.
