Yes it has 1 beep for all continuity. Just depends on how loud background noise is, I can always hear mine.

I am testing a solar array that has more than 10 A DC. Can this DMM measure more than 10 A ? If not what kind of Tester has more than 10 A ?

This has a 2A fuse for current measuring. There will be a better option out there; I just don't have one to recommend you now.

It is a strap with a strong magnet on one end and the other end of the strap attaches to the amprobe DMM. It basically allows you to hang or dangle the DMM from any metal surface. Amprobe 37XR-A True RMS Digital Multimeter with Component Logic Test

The Amprobe 37XR-A True RMS digital multimeter has excellent features and is an all-purpose meter that is very durable. The magnetic strap holster is a great addition and it allows the DMM to be hung or dangled from any metal surface. However, this meter is not capable of reading down to 0.01-ohm accuracy and has a 2-second lag time for the new value, which can be pretty unacceptable. Also, the DC voltage measurements started giving erroneous readings after several years of reliable use. However, the good features of this product offset the Cons of this meter.
