How many calories and what is caffeine content?

Calories should not be a concern unless you add cream. Very good product but we switched to a German product (Jacobs Espresso sticks) that is equally good and less expensive.

Is this product unsweetened?

Yes! Perfect flavor..just add the right amount of water depending on your preference.

What are the instructions for use? I can't read anything on the box.

Everyone's taste is different but I like a cappuccino consistency so I actually use two pouches for 6 oz of water. Add a drop of cream or half and half..sweeten to taste and enjoy.

The description says 20x2. How many boxes of 20 come for this price? I received one box only.

I too was misled by the wording of this product's description. As far as I can tell, in Europe, instead of a decimal point, they're using a comma. So the weight of an individual coffee stick would be written as 2.5 grams in the U.S.; however, in the EU, it would be written as 2,5 grams. Because of this slight different in punctuation, the product description of '20x2,5' means that you're getting 20 sticks, each weighing 2.5 grams. NOT: 2 sets of 20 sticks weighing 5 grams each. I thought I was getting a ridiculous deal, but when the package arrived I thought I was getting ripped off. Turns out the product description needs an extra space between the 'x' and the '2,5'; and, an actual decimal point instead of a comma.

Where is this made? I received it today and all words on the packaging are foreign. I can't even discern the country of origin.

It comes from Greece....one envelope per cup of hot water..best instant coffee ever....it's always in my pantry.
