Yes, it will. I have an Apex 12k in mine. I suggest mounting the winch to the basket, then putting the basket on. The rest of the bumper will go over that, and will weigh half as much moving pieces/bolting on.

Will this fit a 2010 sequoia platinum?

I’m not a mechanic but it fit our 08 tundra and the sequoia has same front end. The front will fit. I’m not sure about rear though

What type of wiring harness do you need for the LED lights?

I'd suggest not running the wiring too long, these lights draw a lot of wattage. I have mine going through one of the Mictuning units. The fuse I have on is 20 amp. Don't go higher than that, because the wiring couldn't handle it if it did draw more; melting is bad.

How are the lights hook up? What harness you talking about ?

The Vijay Front and Rear Bumper Textured Black with Winch Plate and LED Lights and D-rings for 2007-2013 Tundra is a decent quality product that provides the desired look to the vehicle. Installation can be a pain and requires a lift as it comes in many pieces and with poor instructions. It is recommended that a wiring harness is purchased separately for the LED lights, which are powerful and draw a lot of wattage. The bumpers are sturdy and look great, but the front bumper does not have sensor holes while the rear bumper has a sensor hole. Some modifications may be required for certain parts like the rear mounting bracket, and the bumpers tend to creak when driving. However, the company has excellent customer service and will cover the cost of missing bolts or hardware.
