I put it in a spray bottle. Just bought a cheap one. Then sprayed it on my tile/marble.

How well does this product work on granite?

On granite I would recommend using their 511 product. It will get better penetration, repellancy, and last longer. Be sure to follow the instructions, and the wiping and buffing off of the excess after application is important. Do not over apply.

What does the finish look like on this? Trying to find something with more of a matte finish.

The floors we installed reflect a matte finish. Sealer keeps the natural shine of the tile. We installed wood like tiles and this sealer kept it natural wood look.

Is this for use on ceramic tile?

It would work fine on matted tile but not on glazed tile, nor would I understand why you would want to use it on glazed. So yes it would be fine.

How is it Applied ? how much of an area can you do at once

I used a sponge mop and did whole rooms at a time. But took 3 coats for the result I wanted

do you have to wipe it down a second time after you put it down with a mop or can you just let it dry

We let it dry for 6-12 hours then we used a mop to clean the floors. No issue
