Hi - I have noticed less hair loss. It also feels as if I'm getting hair growth - I feel short little stubs along my scalp. As for men, I don't know. I would suggest reading all the reviews on Amazon. They're quite helpful. Good luck!

My hair is color treated and I have used it almost daily ... doesn't seem to be a problem.

Are the reviews fake?

All I can say is that I bought the full set about 5 months ago (4 products) - with my order came a tiny slip of paper informing me that if I gave them a 5 star review in the next 7 (maybe it was 10?) days, they would send me another full bottle for free - I declined as even 7-14 days is not near enough time for most products to show benefits. I received this offer with the four products I ordered. I ended up going to both a dermatologist and a nutritionist in the last 30 days who did micro nutrient testing which showed I needed numerous nutrient supplementation. Bottom line - I didn't notice any difference in my hair growth/loss with the products - have much less fallout with nutrient supplementation. That said - I did like the smell and cleaning/conditioning performance of the products - just didn't really work for hair loss for me.
