Red to a wire that gets power when brakes are pressed. Black to a negative.

Connect to park lamp hot wire or run a separate switch. It's for the LED strip.

Will this fit a 2002 1500 Dodge Ram? I see it goes up to year 2001.

I put it in my 2500 but it just doesn't fit right. The cover doesn't fit over fusion either.
