Question : Does this mold?
Answer : No it does not mold. It dries out after a few days out of the bag but other than that no mold. Keep unused product in bag refrigerated. Crickets love it!!
Question : Ours was delivered and froze outside. Can I defrost and use it?
Answer : I would think it would be perfectly fine once thawed out

Answer : Hello, these are hydrated dry water crystals with a calcium additive. There is also a small amount of yellow coloring to differentiate it from our non calcium version. Hope this helps!
Question : Do I still dust bugs before feeding or do they get the calcium from drinking from crystals?
Answer : We would still recommend dusting all feeder
Question : Will meal worms drink this?
Answer : My Super worms drink it, but they like cricket quencher better, but it's more money.
Question : Is this a block of gel or pieces? Does it need to be kept refrigerated and how long is the shelf life?
Answer : It is a big bag of gel. I keep it refrigerated after opening and it stays fresh for quite a long time. Much more cost effective than buying the small containers and it lasts.

Answer : Around 7lb
Question : Would this work for black soldier larvae? Our bear die absolutely hates calcium powder.
Answer : I wouldn't know. My first order got destroyed in the mail. Customer service said they were sending a replacement and I have yet to see it 3 weeks later.
Question : Would this be good for isopod and millipede cultures?
Answer : Yes, they can use this product. Make sure this isn't their only moisture source though, they need humid enclosures!
