Will this still work on a 30 amp breaker using 115V?

I use the unit on the normal 110v 20 amp circuit or 229 volt 30 amp circuit without any problems.

Manual suggests tip orifice sizes of 3/64th inch for under 40 amps and 1/16th inch for higher amps. What is included? Does anyone follow that?

Two tips are included and while I don't know their size, they are the same. I've only used one and it works just fine.
