How do I use the glass facial cups?

There are two ways to use the cups: dynamic (creating suction and sliding the cup) and static (placing the cup and leaving it for a few seconds before removing).

I have used and am using the Lume products. The products are awesome, creamy, glide easy and work anywhere.

Do they come in a box?

Yes, they do. Seems like a good set. I don’t use too often but love them when I do.

Do the cupping set come with instructions on how to use on the face?

Not many instructions. Although you could definitely google some instructions. Just remember not to use them too long in one spot.

How to clean the suction cups?

The glass part of the cupping can be separated from the pump part, and the glass can be cleaned and dried after separation.

Can you use it on your tummy? Is this breaks up fat tissue?

You could try, but 3 of these are definitely too small for stomachs. I would also check with a doctor before using cups for tummy fat.
