They are cheaply made and the bristles fly out upon use at any speed. If you do decide to get them use safety glasses or you'll go blind from them sticking you in the eye.

Will they fit a die grinder?

They have standard 1/8 inch shaft for Dremel tool grinders. Also need to be used at lower RPM to keep them together and use efficiently.
