Can i used this for a 200 foot run to a foyer speaker?

It would depend on your watts. I am running it about 150 feet, with 250 watts at the amp. Worked far better than 14 gauge.

If i run the wire through a conduit, is there any reason i wouldn't want to use this outdoors? running 100' to bose 151ses.

If you going to run this outside you should run double copper

In reality, probably. In actuality, no, it's dangerous as heck. This is intended as low voltage, DC current wire. Get wire meant for regular electric supply, also make sure the gauge of the wire is sized correctly for load and length. If this lamp burns your house down with this wire, homeowners insurance won't cover the loss. -Not an Electrician, but I know some stuff

It's real 10 ga. It's fine wire it's not solid copper . It's copper alum/clad on one side and alum on the other.
