I just got mine. The pins for the attached piece are super loose and dont go all the way in. Are they to be glued or hammered or just left loose?

I need to bend some smaller 2" wide 16 gauge steel sheet metal. Greatest angle is 90 deg. Is this bender up to the job?

Hi, i am afraid this one is not ok for you,it is ok for bend stainless steel: 1.0mm thickness, effective flanging height is 14.5 cm. If you want to bend thicker metal or you need attain standard 90 degree angle, please make a slot at first with our CS-MBBT-001 metal slot bending machin
