The black strap with a soft fabric loop and a metal more firm loop is to help bring your leg up if you recline or lie down. The white half pipe is to put socks on. Slide the sock over the end, stick your foot in and shorten the ropes on each side to your needed length to a complete the task. A black storage bag, and finally a loofa on a stick to help.wash legs while in a shower chair or your back. I hope that I have made understanding what each item does a little easier.

The grabber is 2 fee 4 inches from tip to tip. I'm 5 foot 7 inches tall and it is the perfect length.
