This device will stream audio from your phone or any Bluetooth device right into your factory radio. It has USB for charging only. It does NOT offer hands free calling.

Will this allow you to speak and hear Google Assistant using the factory audio and microphone?

You can hear it but you can't speak to it via car microphone.

If streaming Pandora, will this device display the song and art on the NAV screen?

It depends on the vehicle. But if the vehicle supports text display on the NAV screen, then SL3b-L will display text information from Pandora and similar apps. Unfortunately no art can be displayed.

Will this work on a 2001 Lexus LX470 (no NAV)?

Works on my 2006 LX perfectly for what that's worth. But if you have any questions, the manufacturer should be contacted. They were very knowledgeable and helpful when I had an installation question. Installation is very simple, by the way. I just had zero experience with anything like this. Still got it done. This is the best upgrade I have made to my LX by far.

Will this work with a 2004 Lexus SC430?

This unit is not compatible with the 2004 Lexus SC430. Our SL3U-L is our only unit that is compatible with that vehicle, and it will add a wired RCA audio jack for audio streaming.

Is this wireless streaming? Or do the phone have to be plugged in?

This device streams music via Bluetooth connection. You do not need to have it plugged in. This device has a USB port if you need to charge your device. Charging would be the only reason you need to plug it in.
