Part 300031 is the complete drive head assembly for the crank style. This one should work to replace yours, but PN 300028 pulls up as just a gear manual in white on my end.

Can you purchase just the inside gear or do you have to replace the whole head?

I was unable to find just the gear. Plus I took my old one apart and realizes it was best to replace the complete unit.
