      Answer : You can definitely follow the intermediate calendar, or download the advanced calendar. The calendars are designed to get you to the start and finish line running to your best ability!
    • Question : How many weeks long is the marathon schedule? How many days of the week do you run?
      Answer : The marathon schedule is 29 weeks long and you run about 4-5 days a week, depending on the level calendar you follow.
    • Question : Does it include information for managing/preventing pain such as skin chafing, blisters, etc?
      Answer : There are some tips and pointers included in the Training Guide, but we do not make product recommendations for these issues in the product.
    • Question : Can these workouts be done without hand weights and bands?
      Answer : One or the other is recommended for the strength workouts. There are exercises where weights/resistance is needed.
    • Question : How is this for a beginning runner?
      Answer : It's a walk/run combo which is great for an absolute beginner and those who prefer that method.

    The Triple Threat Running program is highly recommended for both beginners and experienced runners who want to improve their running or get back into it after a break. The running calendars are well-designed and provide a safe progression. The strength workouts are effective and cover every muscle group. The DVDs are convenient for traveling. The program includes nutrition information and the workouts are short and easy to fit into a running plan.
