The EIGIIS trackball mouse is a handheld USB wireless mouse that uses 2.4GHz technology. It cannot connect to other receivers, so each receiver is meant to be used for its own mouse. Cleaning the interior of the mouse from time to time can solve problems arising from sluggish performance. It connects using a USB receiver and must be used with it even if the device has Bluetooth. Most customers have had mixed experiences with this product. Some customers have complained that it worked for only a short period, whereas others found it very useful, particularly when their right hand was disabled. The amount of time it takes for the mouse to stop working ranges from two months to a few days. Sharp edges on the plastic molding on the case were noted by one user. The battery cover falls off, and the battery life is short.
