I just recently purchased this stove, but still trying to get it installed myself. To your question.. NO it does not come with any stove-pipe at all. It requires 6 inch pipe and has a 6 inch ID (inner diameter) output port on top for the pipe to connect to. Apparently pretty standard on most modern consumer stoves. Good Luck 👍

Can the chimney be cleaned without disconnecting the stovepipe?

Of course. We have done it many times with a chimney brush on a long pole.
