FYI: there is NO VANILLA. The description online lists vanilla (which is the main reason I purchased it/why it came up in my search), and there is NO VANILLA in this blend.

How do you attach the glass part of the dropper to the squeeze part?

It comes in two pieces. You just push the dropper into the whole in the rubber part of the cap. You will also have to take the plug out of the top of the bottle.

What's a good blend for helping with negativity in a home?

IMO regular sleep, use Artizen. Plus I'd use a blend of sage, rose, lavender, frankincense and patchouli. Choose any three and emulsify, mix into water and use as a room, bedding or face spritz spray. My personal fav is a sage, rose and frankinsense mix. Hope this helps!

Does this work for insomnia?

It may work for you with it having lavender in it. However, for me, it was too weak and I couldn't smell it at all. I use lavender oil and can smell it and it does calm me and I believe helps me sleep.

Does good sleep essential oil come in for ounce bottle?
