The Giro Empire VR90 shoes are an excellent choice for both MTB and road riding; however, they may be too stiff for long rides. These shoes run a little narrow, but the lace system helps manage volume. They are lightweight and have a very grippy Vibram sole. Customers were very impressed by the quality but priced at $300, some felt they weren't worth the money. However, priced at $199 they offer a good value. There were some negative reviews regarding the seller, but nothing about the shoes themselves. In summary, The Giro Empire VR90 shoes are a stylish, well-built shoe with an efficient, versatile design.
