Have you checked to ensure all speaker connections are secure with no frayed wires or exposed ends making contact at the point of connection to the amp on the channel that isn't outputting as much volume? Also, have you tried connecting a different media player to the amp both via Bluetooth and auxiliary jack?

Hello. Its RMS power is 200W (100W per channel) if you use power supply with enough power. The included power supply is 19V 3.42A, which is 65W RMS power. We can guarantee it is enough for most speakers. If you really need that high power, you need to prepare a power supply by yourself.

Can i plug the headphone jack to the aux as the source of input? Meaning output would be the Headset in my device and plug it to the Aux ?

Yes. You can plug a cord into the headphone jack of, let's say an iPad, then plug the other end into the Aux of the amplifier. This allows you to use the amplifier with almost any sound device that doesn't have Bluetooth. NOTE: if you want to use Bluetooth, you will have to unplug the cord from the Aux plug or sound will not come out of the amplifier. This is a great product.

Can this device be paired with blue tooth headphones and my cell phone using Bluetooth on my phone?

No, why would? it just receives audio from bluetooth.
