The A.O. Smith FDL1056 blower motor is a direct drive sleeve bearing motor with three speeds and operates on 115 volts with 5.6 amps. It is a replacement motor for AO Smith F48E33A48 model. The motor provides efficient and quiet operation. However, customers should keep in mind that the FDL1056 has a longer 6.5-inch shaft, while the DL1056 has a 4.5-inch shaft. The reverse operation is easy, but buyers should check the crude specs before purchasing as they are not provided by the seller. One customer received a defective motor and had trouble getting it installed.
