      Answer : They are supposed to be edible. Mine haven't been planted yet so I really don't know. If you just have Elephant Ear plants, they are not edible, but If you have the 'Taro' bulbs, they are.

      Answer : The leaves are beautiful and green shaped like an elephant ear, they grow small and large depending on the size of the garden. I also grew them in my flower pots! Beautiful! One of my favorite plants to grow. This year because they are edible I just picked so many bulbs from a few plants.
