Question : Can it be connected to the home circuit breaker box of 200 Amp? If so, how and what to buy?
Answer : Yes, it can be. You will need a 50 amp breaker for a generator this size and make sure the power supply cord is rated for 50 amps also. I purchased the Conntech bundle package which includes a 15ft power cord along with the plug-in box for $169 here on Amazon along with the 50amp double pole breaker for about $20.

Question : What type of A/C runs?
Answer : I've got a 2-ton Heatpump/ Airhandler. I've got the Generator hooked into my House panel and with normal loads running.i.e. Fridge A/C it's only pulling 10 of the 38 amps rated. I'm not concerned about the Hot Water Heater kicking in if the A/C is already running. Just a consideration.
Question : What generator switch would I use to change from normal home to gen use?
Answer : I am not sure what you mean by this but if you mean to interface it with the house, I used this: Conntek GIB1450-025 50 Amp DUO-RainSeal Kit NEMA 14-50P 4 Prong Temporary Power Cord with Inlet Box, 25' and wired it to the breaker box. I hoped that for that because if you go with the 30A plug on the generator, then you will get 7200W and not the 9000+ rated running watts, and it does not cost that much more to go the route using the 50M plug. Most will say you have to run it (the generator) to a transfer switch, but that's not necessarily true. You can then get a mechanical slide that goes on the breaker, which will only allow it to be turned on if the main is off. That is the key thing here in most cases. Of course though, always check with the local code to make sure it's to code.
