GNC Women’s Multivitamin 50 Plus is a supplement that does not contain iron, nor harmful oils. It is also designed especially for women who are over 50. Taking one tablet per day provides 10mcg of B12, a quantity that may not be sufficient for some people. There was no information on the expiration date on the bottle. After looking at the customer feedback, the product has some flaws. The vitamins relatively have a strong and unpleasant smell, taste strange, and are difficult to swallow. Many of the reviewers expressed dissatisfaction with the condition of the box on arrival. Some found the color to be off-putting, with a strange yellow-green hue that wasn't expected. There have also been reports of stomach problems like bloating and discomfort, despite energy and mood improvements in others.
