Although sunflower oil is included as part of an antioxidant blend, this only comprises 0.2% of the product and does not negate the benefits of the omega-3 content. Carlson Very Finest Fish Oil comes in flavors such as lemon and berry, making it more palatable for some, and can be used in smoothies. Some individuals reported burping after taking the product, but others found it helpful for leg and foot cramps.
