The main purpose of this PRT09A tube buffer preamplifier is to eliminate the "digital flavor" produced by CD.
The PRT09A uses a better parallel Class A regulated power supply and boosts the voltage to +-/36VDC. The parallel Class A regulated power supply has ultra-low internal resistance, low ripple and excellent listening performance.
Balance is very important because it is applied to the front end;In the power supply, we use LT1085 voltage regulator to supply power to the two tubes respectively, to avoid failure due to the different internal resistance of the filament when the series power supply is used. On the other hand, the LT1085 can be adjusted and regulated, and the filament voltage can be adjusted. As long as the power supply "AC" can keep up, players have a wealth of compatible tube options.
