The Toto fill valve is a bathroom accessory that helps in refilling tank-type toilets. It replaces your old and faulty fill valve with a brand new one. One customer had a malfunctioning gasket in their in-wall fill valve and faced difficulty knowing which gasket was causing the issue. However, another customer mentioned a solution that involved replacing the black rubber diaphragm. Remove the top blue cover on the TOTO fill valve, unsnap the levers, then give the white plastic disc a turn with pliers. Go easy. The black rubber diaphragm on the TOTO pulls out and you can discard it and replace it with the silicone one from the Geberit assembly. In summary, the Toto fill valve is a good buy for maintaining good water flow and refilling tank-type toilets. Although there was some confusion in identifying the specific part that had failed, there is a solution that another customer provided explaining how to go about replacing the faulty parts.
