The Timberland PRO Mens 26011 Direct Attach 8" Soft-Toe boots are a comfortable option right out of the box, with no break-in period necessary. They are not steel toe, but have insulation against electrical hazards. The boots run true to size, with a suggestion to size up depending on sock thickness. The original removable insole can be replaced by another brand. The boots are 8 inches high. There is no shine to the boot unless a shoe oil or water proofer is applied and buffed. However, the boots have also received negative reviews, with some customers experiencing pronation in their ankles and the boots falling apart after a month of wear. Some customers found the boots too narrow, roomy, or not worth the price.
