The Mercer Industries 186520 Knot Wire Wheel is a 4" x 12" x 5/8"-11 stainless steel wire brush with metric adapters. It is designed to remove rust on metal surfaces. Some customers found this brush to be durable and aggressive, which makes it a great wire brush for all metal types, and outlasts carbon steel brushes. The inclusion of the adapters is also helpful for compatibility with Makita grinders. However, other customers have expressed disappointment in the item, claiming that it didn't last long, wore out too quickly or that the wires came off the wheel too easily.
