Ruby RB1 Chocolate Callets are a good substitute for white chocolate. They have a smooth sweetness taste without being cloying. The chips are ideal for making chocolate-dipped strawberries, and their berry notes are commendable. The chips are similar in size as regular chocolate chips and can be treated as if they were white chocolate when tempering. The chocolate has a long shelf life when stored properly.
