Casio Privia PX-5S 88-Key Digital Piano

The Casio Privia PX-5S is a lightweight and portable keyboard which is perfect for live performers. The textured keys give the instrument a nice piano feel and it is easy to adjust the key velocity. The keyboard comes with a variety of sounds including EPs, organs, and clavs, that can be downloaded from Casio or posted by users. The interface is not super user-friendly, but it is possible to customize the sounds and effects on the fly using the sliders and knobs. The phrase recorder is also an added feature of the PX-5S. This keyboard is perfect for gigging as it has 100 customizable stage setups in 10 banks of 10, which allows you to switch instruments with ease. The cons are that most adjustments are made through menus which can take time to learn, and some of the factory sounds are not satisfactory.
