They say they will fit a 2013 e-250 but my reverse lights are on the bottom not the top?

Mine were as well on my 2003, but you just swap them to the top. I had enough slack to do so. Might want to take your originals off and make sure they could reach before buying.

The instructions talk about a led wiring harness and i can’t see where to get it or which one to get. a little help please?

I didn’t use a led wiring harness on my 2000 Excursion. I just had to switch the flasher over to an led flasher. Which was a little bit of a pain in the butt!! Lol so I just let the turn signals flash fast without the brake/turn being leds until I got the flasher switched out.

These lights says it fits a 2014 Ford E250. Is it direct fitment?

I don’t know but the seal does not fit snuggly.
