Will this product work with the slender eight unit?

Sorry I have no idea about that unit.

Do you have a product that is as good as the old durastick ii? it had a much thicker gel, was stickier, and felt it went deeper than plus.

There pretty good, don't last as long as the old ones. Not sure why. I really liked the old pads.

Why do some people have problems with them not sticking & others don't ? What makes them not stick?

My wife has use them for several years and has never had any problems. They stick just fine

Are these the same as dura-stick bg 2” sq 40/ca pn 42176? the picture above says 42183. this was from a reference chart at the empi site :)

Are these the foam electrodes?

They aren't foam they are more dense but very thin. They work well. They last for quite a while before they need to be replaced. They have adhesive on the back of the pad.
