The NOI SIRIUS 70% Extra Bitter Chocolate Bar is deep, dark, and delicious with a perfect balance of bittersweet taste. Despite being described as extra bitter, it is not overwhelmingly bitter or overly sweet, making it perfect for baking, cooking or snacking. The chocolate is made with high-quality ingredients and has a solid crunch that is not too hard. Each package contains two bars of chocolate, which are broken into loose squares but are still enjoyable straight out of the package. While not suitable for those who do not like high cacao content chocolate, this product is perfect for those who appreciate rich and decadent flavors.
