The FINIS Iso Swim Training Paddle is a well-made and durable paddle to be used by swimmers of all levels. It's best to check the manufacturer's website for sizing information, but those with bigger hands tend to have no problem using the medium size. Innovative design allows for switching hand positions, targeting different muscle groups in the arms. They're less tiring to use while improving stroke mechanics. While they do not float, they are easy to put on and stay secure during swim workouts.
