The net folds up around the noodles that keep it afloat. So I’m not sure how small you need it but I can roll it up and stick in seat storage on my boat.

Yes on Velcro area works great when wading. Awesome bag

Definitely not for netting fish.....it is velcroed shut so netting a fish would be difficult. It keeps your fish alive longer than a stringer. I use mine during tournaments to cull out the smaller trout so they are still very much alive when released.

Yea the top will float so you can access it to add more fish.
