About 4 inches long and fit in 3/8" hole.

Can the tops be removed to add cement for added durability?

The tops do not seem to come off without cutting. It seems to be welded to the bollard. I bought this because the answer to this question said that I could remove top to fill with concrete.

What size are the anchor bolts? Or What size of holes are required for them?

Anchor bolts are about 4 inches long. Bought a 3/8" concrete bit to drill through garage floor.
