Upon receiving an order of Andy's mints, customers were disappointed to find that the chocolates had melted due to the hot weather. Despite efforts by the vendor to ship the chocolates in a cold pack, the items still arrived in an unsatisfactory condition. Unfortunately, due to the nature of the product, the melted chocolates were not returnable, resulting in a waste of money for the customers. Overall, the experience with this particular vendor and product was negative due to the melted chocolates, leaving customers hesitant to trust the quality of the items for Consumption.
