Question : Can we use it with a 220 Volts power supply?
Answer : You would need a transformer
Question : Does it cook evenly without rotating?
Answer : In my case I found I needed to rotate the pizza dough for even baking.
Question : What are the interior dimensions?
Answer : Interior dimensions are 13.5” X 13.5” X 5”. As far as usable space, you can’t go much beyond the 12” length and width of the pizza stone, because you need space for the air to circulate. As for the height, the baking rack is set about 1.5” above the bottom and you have a heating element on the top as well as the bottom. You don’t want your food to get too close to that.
Question : Is it Safe on counters or does heat cause damage?
Answer : Completely safe on counters and no heat damage at all. The pizza oven is really well designed, easy to use.
Question : Has anyone tried a pizza steel in this oven?
Answer : Well the stone in it seems to overcook the bottom as the top heat is not hot enough so a pizza steel heats up much more than the stone I would think the bottom would be super burnt w it.
Question : Is this lined with clay brick the traditional way?
Answer : No but it comes with a stone and it heats up fast and the outside walls stay cool to touch makes great pizza for indoor.
